You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. For orders bought during October, November and December, we accept returns and exchanges up until January 15th as long is the slippers are returned in the condition you received them in.
Your returned or exchanged item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase (like an invoice number) along with a note of explanation. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We now offer Free Returns, where we cover the cost of shipping. As a small business, we ask that you do not use this policy to try on various sizes and styles to see which one you like best.
For Exchanges, we charge a 12% restocking fee, but we cover the cost of shipping both ways.
